We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Coverage Protection

If you purchased our $2 Return Coverage Protection at checkout, your return shipping is covered at no additional cost.

With Return Coverage Protection, you can:

  • Exchange for a different size (when available)
  • Receive store credit for a future purchase
  • Receive a prepaid return label

If Return Coverage Protection was not purchased at checkout, you may still initiate a return through our Returns Center and purchase a return shipping label at a discounted rate.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In new condition
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Returns will not be accepted if items:

  • Smell of perfume, smoke, or other odors
  • Have makeup, deodorant, or other stains
  • Show signs of wear
  • Contain pet hair or excessive lint
  • Are returned without original tags attached


Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance items
  • Final sale merchandise
  • Gift cards


Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.

If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the 15-day return period begins on the date the final package is delivered.


Refund Policy

Lisa Marie Boutique does not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Approved returns are eligible for:

  • Store Credit
  • Exchange (subject to availability)

Store credit is issued electronically and may be used on any future purchase.
