No problem—you can still make an eligible return or exchange within the 15-day window. You'll be responsible for return shipping, and a discounted shipping label can be purchased through our Returns Center.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In new condition
• Free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, and excessive lint
• Returned with all original tags attached

Items that show signs of wear or have makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or other odors are not eligible for return.

 

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance items
• Final-sale merchandise
• Gift cards

 

15-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the 15-day window begins when the final package is delivered.

 

Store Credit & Exchanges

We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. Approved returns are eligible for:

• Store credit
• Exchange, subject to availability

Store credit is issued electronically, can be used toward a future purchase, and never expires.
